Tickets

Tickets are sold through Eventbrite, so buying one also means agreeing to Eventbrite's own terms for the purchase itself. A ticket admits one person to the event named on it, on the date named on it.

Refunds and transfers

All ticket sales are final and non refundable. You can change the name on a ticket through your Eventbrite account up until the day before the event, so a ticket you cannot use can go to somebody else. If you have trouble doing that, email us and we will help.

Getting in

Bring your ticket, on your phone or printed. Arrive inside the registration window on the schedule, because sessions start on time and late entry can mean waiting for a break.

If something changes

If the event has to move date or venue, your ticket carries over and we will email you. If it is cancelled outright and not rescheduled, tickets are refunded.

Conduct

This is a professional room. Anyone behaving in a way that makes it a worse room for everybody else can be asked to leave without a refund. It has never had to happen.

Photography

The event is photographed and filmed, and those images may be used to promote future events. See the privacy page for how to opt out of a specific photo.
